Needs to be better camera angles for her shows she is wearing a nice pair of boots and you can't really see them even on studio cam the camera angle isn't great

as would love to know.As much as it pains me to say, yes you are 100% correct. It usually follows the same order and pattern....starts with the leopard print top with shiny leggings, then we move to the black dress and boots......then that's her shift done.
Whereas you say, Clara seems to change her outfit every 30-60 minutes. Which makes her shows more entertaining and unpredictable as you never know what you are going to get. Which can be frustrating if she is in an outfit you really like, only for her to change like 40 minutes later haha. But even still, the effort is still there to add variety.
I think Tia's logic is "Well guys like shiny leggings and boots" will stick with them. I just wish like you said and like what many have said, she would just mix things up from time to time.

Agreed, I happen to think she's gorgeous, great legs too but she lacks imagination in this department - Clara is very different but she does mix it up
