I think that revolving door between Elite & BabeStation has had so much use laterly, that it's flew off at the hinges.
It now an open corridor between the two. Who's the next one to walk down it? Caty

Hope so. Caty needs more freedom. You don't tame a lioness, you let them run free!!!!!! The Dutch understand this, though if this was to happen, she's just be interrupted every two minutes anyway, with little air time. Maybe her own site would work!

^^^ again with the Dutch licence! it's not all it's cracked up to be.

There is no difference between what Elite are allowed to show and what Babestation are allowed to show. No difference whatsoever.
RE: Elite TV - General Chat & Discussion - cmiller - 04-05-2012 14:16
that's abit specialist and i can't see it happening on the babeshows, but best of luck!
EDIT - i guess it didn't work out!

Yes there is. Ofcom are kicking off at bs because they can't punish them because of their Dutch licence especially on freeview and are trying to get the Dutch equivalent of ofcom to let them take action.
Regarding the door between elite and bs, I'd like Louise porter to join elite

Oh is there Rammy, well here's 2 caps from last night of Lori (mine) and Charlie (oklahoma001's) ...
Can you please explain how Elite aren't allowed to go as far as Babestation please, because all I can see is more baseless Elite defending drivel.
Different rules? No.

Ofcom are complaining to the Dutch regulator (NICAM) about the pre 12am start time of the BS channels on freeview with the Dutch licence , BS extra in particular starts 2 hours before Ofcom allow babe channels to start on freeview, it starts at 10pm , but content is regulated at all times by Ofcom because the feed is the same as Ofcom regulated Sky channel 910 . The rules content wise are the same for Elite and BS , the Dutch licence only allows them to start earlier than Ofcom regulated freeview channels .

Babestation can show near full frontal, without much fuss, whereas when Elite does it, it's a once in a blue moon event, and usually the women are told off for it.
RE: Elite TV - General Chat & Discussion - Rammyrascal - 04-05-2012 14:31
You've answered your own question. Babestation dont come under ofcom's rules, they come under the juristiction of the Dutch version of ofcom and ofcom can't punish bs for any complaints they get which is why they are speaking to the Dutch ofcom to see what can be done. Different regulators yes different rules yes
Also elite have been targeted by ofcom in the fairly recent past and as a result have brought there shows into line with the new rules and at the moment are not getting seriously punished or the complaint is getting dismissed
If you think this is elite defending drivel as you call it fine
