I'd reckon the contract she refers to is the one she has with the lapdancing company which is reasonable to ask her not to go topless/nude at other venues since they are protecting their investment and since she is a 'name' then they can expect a certain revenue to be generated. As for feeling other guys cocks, since she's not nude then her contract is safe and it will draw in more customers again, so win-win.
