On my desktop, it's An Experiment on the Bird in the Airpump, by Joseph Wright and on the laptop it's something from Dan Dos Santos, a commercial artist I've been keeping an eye on. It's not his best work by any means, but the only one I could find at short notice during one of my brief "I need a new wallpaper" moods.
Both are enclosed as full sized attachments.

God, i'm boring.......It's a picture of my 11yr old daughter, taken when she was about four.
I'd much prefer a picture of Danica with her tits out as my screen wallpaper but my desktop computer is in the lounge, i very much doubt the missus would go for it!!
Before that, i used to have a black and white picture of James Gandolfini (as Tony Soprano) until like Mr Gummidge says, the boredom kicked in....
