I get the feeling I'm never going to see this custom! Which Is a massive disappointment as I'm a huge Mz.Berlin fan!!!
I'm not sure what to do here!! Should I just wait alittle longer? What would you guy's do??

Get onto CCBill and tell them what has happened ask for a refund. Dont bother with the joke that is Custom4u the customer support, you are entitled to a refund as you have not received what you ordered.

Yes, I placed an order in December on a 14 day delivery costing me $185.
By Jan 17th, there was still no video uploaded, so I asked if I could get a refund. Their response is below, but basically they told me that they I could exchange to another model but they would not give me a refund. As of today, 28th January 2015, the model I requested is still being advertised on their website, along with 1523 other models which strongly suggests to me that they are using unscrupulous means to hook customers into paying.
So my conclusion is that this is not a trustworthy site and is not a company with good ethics or morals. I have written to them a couple of times since 17th January and they are refusing to refund my money, so I reluctantly accept that there is little I can do other than publicising my bad experience in order to help others avoid this rip off company.
Order at your own peril.

Unfortunately, if she does not respond to this email we would, in this instance, not be able to issue a refund. In the event of a performer, who is not 'Recommended' by Customs4u, failing to deliver a custom video clip within the time period the customer has selected, plus an additional 48 hour grace period, the customer is entitled to request a swap with another Customs4u performer, at a price equal or lower than the value of his original order. Customs4u.com will not issue refunds on late or overdue custom video clips, ordered from performers who are not 'Recommended' and where their profile does not display the 'Recommended' seal.
We could however, offer to swap your order to another model. Details of which we could send to you in the future should you require this service.
