To answer your first question it began on 4th December 2013 and a provisional announcement thread was posted a month prior to that for format discussion that lasted pretty much up to just before the tournament started.
To answer your second point my answer is thus.
This comp always starts round about the same time in the same part of the forum and the thread is easily found in the Uk Babe Channels part of the forum.
Indeed it is often on the main menu page of this forum because people choose to vote.
Regarding your third point the draw has been decided by a stringently operated seeding system created by a top ten voting phase in round one. The results of that first round dictated the seed numbers, qualifiers and therefore who could meet who in each round.
It has been an utterly transparent format from the start.
Regarding your last point about not knowing who the 'other two are'.
I would remind you that one of those other two is actually the defending champion Clare Richards. I would like to think that for someone who watches ALL the channels EVERY night recognising Clare and Kandi Kay would be a formality.
