get the feeling sam burgess is gong to be made a scapegoat for the whole loss which is just fucking the old snobbery of Union vs league coming to the surface. burgess was chosen because stuart lancaster needed a big time player and burgess was that in league both here and abroad in the NRL he has experience of laying it all on the line when he needs to thats why he was picked

He's an honourable man & I can see him offering to step down but who would replace him? I don't exactly see us being blessed with world beating players so would anyone else have done better in this group?
