My home town Wolverhampton, was the first town in Britain to intoduce automated traffic lights.
Installed in 1927 in Princes Square.
We've always been light years ahead of the rest.

Walter frederick morrison invented the frisbee in 1948
Which was originally called the pluto platter. In 2010 at the age of 90 he died and his family cremated him and turned his ashes into the frisbee
