I think she's recently had a nose job.
It's surprising how many babes keep doing shows after surgery, when they're not fully healed.
Alexandra, Heather Kay, Annie Mae, Kylie Rose and Ferrari Red all did shows recently, whilst still recovering from boob jobs and butt lifts.
