Only in Europe? Really? I'd guess Mexico, Brazil and Argentina* have hot channels. Russia has nude weather forecasters and Hungary used to transmit tasty live shows (I know those are cold climates). Turkey used to show live dido insertion by the cameraman on live 24. On second thoughts that should be dodo insertion. Or dildo. Something like that. Either way Turkey is secular/Muslim and a warm climate. And as for Spain...
Besides the USA might be tight assed when it comes to FTA channels, but don't they have hardcore on cable? Doesn't the FCC only regulate television broadcast by radio signals? And of course there is the Howard Stern radio show.
* Does anyone have clips of Argentinan Come Dancing? That was pretty slutty with celebs doing topless fandangos, but the clips got pulled.
