When down to the Sport Centre this morning for the first time in 6 months.
Found out that I need more practice to get back to where I was pre lockdown. So I'm going again tomorrow. But happy to be out again.

I fucked my lower back up lifting weights maybe 6 weeks ago. Finally it feels OK enough to begin exercising regularly again. Went for a 5 mile walk yesterday with zero pain, and today was my first workout. I feel weak, flabby, and motivated
Hope I don't reinjure it
