I hope Fury reconsiders his retirement plans and carries on for another couple of fights, beating Usyk and AJ would put him among the greatest of all time.

^ personally I think he already is one of the greatest but agree, beating Usyk and AJ would far more cement that than a circus with UFC's Ngannou, bad and tough as he is. His unbeaten retirement would yet again put another hole in the linear championship for a while unless Usyk/AJ beat him. Which I don't think they could. A one of a kind boxer, his sheer size yet ability to slip punches, high ring intelligence and ringcraft.

If he wants circus, another WWE appearence wouldn't harm him Wink

Agree with both of your thoughts, but we never know how Fury is thinking - but he did promise his missus to quit boxing.

yeah and like all good northern marriages the women wear the trousers in the marriage Tongue Tongue

shame we never got the AJ but he is gone now might not recover from the loss

think only reason Tyson stayed on till last night was he wanted the wembley fight

Isn't one of the UFC's greatest Anderson Silva boxing now?

I am quite surprised that the Gypsy King didn't want to hang around long enough to attempt to unify the belts to be honest!! I guess his recent history outside the ring has given him a very different - and lasting - impression of what really is important in life (I include the early health struggles his new born baby had). Nothing left to prove I guess, and to stick around waiting for Usyk or AJ wouldn't really add any more stardust to his career. Been there done that. He has his trilogy with Deontay and his victory over W Klitschko as his legacy in the ring

I have to say, I wasn't all that impressed with his reaction after he delivered that peach of an uppercut. He didn't need to shove whyte to the floor. I am not saying that Whyte would have been able to get up and continue - absolutely no way, but be a better man Tyson is what I thought

Don't insult him with that pantomime!! Yes I know there is skill, supreme fitness and athleticism and yes, I know it can go badly wrong (Owen Hart) but while boxing is the real world in the raw - WWE?? well!!............etc. A personal view - nothing more!

You have to admit though goatman - it is fake compared to the 'sweet science' and UFC MMA which are brutal?? I was being semi humourous with the 'pantomime' label though!

Anybody who can make a zillion quid is generally a fan of whatever platform is there to provide it!

Yes I like to compare wrestling to a live rocky movie, the fight scenes in rocky are ridiculously bad but it's still entertaining

And if you have ever seen a Tyson fury press conference all his jibber jabber comes from watching wrestling
