they get paid an hourly rate. ranges from £25 to £50 an hour mate. thats why some dont give a shite and dont try too hard

i would have thought they earned a bit more than that, but i suppose the photoshoots etc are a major part of their income aswell

Although the top end of that figure (£50/hour) equates to around £100k a year - not too bad....

The girls I've spoken to get paid according to their call minutes. I don't know about all the channels, as there are more channels I haven't called that there are channels I have called, but the channels I have called pay according to call minutes (and some girls don't want to work on 75p channels/webshows for this very reason, as they obviously only make 50% per minute on what they would be making on the £1.50 channels, although at 75p a minute you can argue that they are likely to get more calls to redress the balance).

According to the report compiled by The Participation TV Broadcasters Association (The trade industry that represents some of the Babe Channels) 23 million per year is spent on staff wages, that is all staff, not just models. And between 60-100 million is made in profit per year from the shows broadcast on Sky Digital.
