You can Guarantee if it was PSG, Chelsea, Real Madrid, Bayern that accidentally fielded an ineligible player that UEFA would not kick them out and take their place off them.

As you said in another thread, you don't qualify as a football expert.

Rolleyes I thought you were better than that... also there is no need to quote my posts if you are directly replying to me straight after Wink

Take google away from you mate and I could say that about you on any subject... Atleast if you're going to make some lame attempt to troll me atleast back yourself up with something to do with the actual topic or thread.. get yourself on the google and find some facts and figures to "prove me wrong"

You're not worth spending time on, as your comment above demonstrates.

I notice you didn't list Barcelona - I wonder if that's because they are currently appealing against a UEFA transfer ban?

Obviously your needless quote that started this pointless conversation off in the first place proves your theory wrong as you specifically took time out to click on this thread in order to quote a post of mine, then spend time needlessly replying with something completely off topic, then to top it all off reply to me again.

To me that says you obviously think i'm worth the time Smile Now if you don't mind can you keep this thread on topic?..

Chelsea were also given a transfer ban by UEFA, although they were eventually cleared by the Court Of Arbitration For Sport.

There was also a Hungarian team I think that did the same mistake as Legia but no action was taken against them in the end as they ruled the tie was effectively over when the illegal player came onto the pitch..

RE: Celtic FC - terence - 12-08-2014 22:57

from a post steve made earlier:

Some commentators have compared the case to a match involving Debrecen in 2010 who were fined £15,000 for a similar incident, but there is a clear difference in those scenarios. As illustrated below:

Note the difference in wording between Rules 1 & 3 here. Legia come under 1, Debrecen came under 3.

I'm not saying Celtic should pull out of CL, but I can see the points from both teams..
