You're right, i've emailed them to say it's ridiculous, i mean, i understand 3 minutes is a bit long, but even if they cut it to two minutes they'd save bandwidth.

Its working perfectly for me at 4.53pm.
It just needs refreshing every 3 minutes like its designed to.
Probably just a busy internet connection.
