RE: Six Nations - GMach1 - 23-02-2019 00:49 Yeah stick it to the Welsh for once. RE: Six Nations - lovebabes56 - 23-02-2019 20:49 A second half shocker from England - Wales capitalise on our kicking game and discipline errors to win 21-13 after trailing 10-3 half time. Bet a certain Mr R Savage enjoyed that game!! RE: Six Nations - GMach1 - 16-03-2019 19:34 If you think that is a shocker today's final game(which could have been a championship win for England, but for the fact that Wales destroyed Ireland 25-7) England threw away a brilliant 30 pt lead and as I type this it is 31-31 against Scotland!! How on earth do you play so well first half and then make mistake after mistake in the second? If England lose this then they will be rightly booed off the pitch and Scotland retain the Calcutta Cup. RE: Six Nations - mikedafc - 16-03-2019 20:17 Was hoping we would make the score respectable when England went 31-0 up but at the end I am really disappointed we haven't seen that out and won that. Says a lot that Scotland managed that without several key players who are injured RE: Six Nations - Snooks - 17-03-2019 02:21 Crazy crazy game at Twickenham ![]() RE: Six Nations - lovebabes56 - 17-03-2019 10:10 ^Totally agree a crazy game RE: Six Nations - lovebabes56 - 02-02-2020 23:12 France totally out - played, out - thought & out - smarted England to win 24 - 14, some the of handling errors by England were possibly the worst I have seen from England in the Six Nations in a long time. It will be hard to pick themselves up for Scotland next weekend but I do wonder now if Scotland do fancy their chances this time of putting one over the World Cup Finalists. I would say some of those errors were pretty basic schoolboy ones in a way, and need to be eradicated quickly. I think the French second try will always be up for debate whether it shouldn't have been allowed or not, but it was a very tight and I personally think it would have been a brave referee in that stadium against 70,000+ French fans not to allow it but Owens did (and I think he had a good game to be fair) and does show that Rugby has made TMO (rugby's version of VAR) a really legitimate system in sport for officials how they have harnessed it to ensure field play is not interrupted for long periods. VAR & The FA should have discussions with the RFU on how to improve VAR for next season. RE: Six Nations - Snooks - 03-02-2020 01:45 Bit of a horror show first half cost England dearly. RE: Six Nations - lovebabes56 - 10-02-2020 21:51 I don't think France haven't had a team that harks back to their teams from when the likes of Blanco, Castaignede and Sella were playing for a long time and I really do think this French team has the makings of perhaps winning the Grand Slam outright for the next two years and then we'll see where they are in 2023 and they will be firm favourites since 2023 is on home soil. They will certainly will take some stopping!! they need some decent results in the Autumn internationals over the next two years that can make the Southern Hemisphere teams sit up and take notice. I don't think England have even recovered from the World Cup and they were pretty well outplayed and out - thought by France and even struggled to beat Scotland on Saturday. I would think England now have to really take a long look at themselves and find that spark that was there in the World Cup Semi - Final and keep hold of it!! RE: Six Nations - GMach1 - 10-02-2020 22:16 Are they seriously considering adding South Africa and another country to turn into an 8 team event? I cannot believe they would even think about that.! |
