England's lost a few quick wickets and are now 142-4.
Taylor seems to be playing the spinners well.
England trail by 92 runs.

It's good to see James Taylor reach 50, after he eventually got his chance in this series. Not before time I say. No word yet on whether Ben Stokes will be able to bat for England in this innings and it seems likely that no news may be bad news.

Close of play England 222-4

RE: Pakistan vs. England 2015 - Charlemagne - 02-11-2015 16:02

Ben Stokes has been told that he won't be able to ball for the rest of the test series.
Further scans will reveal if he is able to bat in this test.

The injury to Stokes is described as a 'collar bone joint injury'.
But it's not stopped him coming in to bat at no11.

He's just hanging around whilst Broad swings the bat at the spinners.
Current score 303-9. A lead of 69

Pakistan have almost wiped out their first innings deficit without loss as they go to tea on 58/0 in reply to England's 306.

Pakistan only trail by 14 and England are a bowler (and a batsman) light, and batting last is surely going to be a tough ask if the target is a significant one, as it surely should be now.

RE: Pakistan vs. England 2015 - Mellow - 03-11-2015 14:22

Close of play Pakistan 146-3 lead by 74.
