Root's toss decision was the key to this defeat

Or more importantly in four innings now the England Batsman have failed to show up at all. Moeen Alis' arse will fall out at the slightest sign of pressure and Cook batting like Boycott in the 60's not how Test match betting is these days.

Bairstow, Root , Overton along with Anderson provided our only resistance. Five sleepless nights for this shit! The writing was on the wall when they lost a Test Match to the West Indies in such a feeble performance so it is what it is.

Don't even get me started on Brexit.

I think you guys need to let go of The Ashes for two reasons

1. It's a hyped up exhibition match, whenever I talk to England fans about the ashes and believe me I try to avoid it as much as possible (usually by doing anything more pleasant like rubbing tobasco sauce on my taint with sandpaper) they go on as if it is the most important aspect of the game. What more so than the World Cup? And I am sure Sachin Tendulkar and Brian Lara sit in a darkened room rocking back and fore because they never got to compete for the world's shittiest trophy. Imagine The Scotland national football team that has not been to a competitive tournament in 20 years deciding that we were going to play a friendly every two years in line with the WC or Euros and then acting like it was more important than either. Could you imagine the ridicule? And they'd be right

2. CRICKET IS NOT A FUCKING SPORT !!!!

Despite speculation about possible changes, England are in fact unchanged for the 3rd test at Perth. Root has won the toss and decided to bat first this time.

England 91/2 at lunch, a decent effort so far, but it looks like a fairly good pitch for scoring on so Englnd's score is OK but not outstanding.

Cook only made 7, so another failure by him, and I would say he's one of England's biggest disappointments in this series.

It's 305/4 at the close of play and it's been England's day thanks to an unbroken partnership of 174 between Malan and Bairstow.

The Australian's are under the spotlight after it's been highlighted that there have been lots of Spot bets for this test.

It's Australia's morning as they take 6 wickets in the session and England are all out for 403 after being very well placed at 368/4.
