You might have heard the Australians chanting "aussie, aussie, aussie" at sporting matches like the Rugby World Cup or the Olympics but it was 'borrowed' from the Welsh. The Welsh comedian and entertainer Max Boyce first coined it at his shows and it should be "augie, augie, augie, oi, oi oi!" repeated twice then 'augie oi, augie oi' finishing on three OI's You might say the Australians adopted it no, they nicked it from Wales. Big Grin

This is something you might like if you drink: Beer is more nutritious than bread - but try spreading butter on it and you'll just look stupid!

Coca Cola was based on an alcoholic drink called Pemberton's French Wine Coca which contained extract of coca leaf that cocaine is made from.It became a non alcoholic beverage in the 1880s when alcohol was banned in Atlanta.

I only type em, I don't check em because you would think they know their stuff, especially if you watch QI, they very rarely give out duff information. Smile
