England are out of the T20 World Cup after a disastrous fielding display in the final group match sent their net run rate plummeting below both West indies and South Africa.
West Indies chased down a target of 142 in 18 overs meaning that three teams all finished on 6 points. A series of dropped catches cost England very dearly in an agonising exit.

^^ A tough way to get eliminated, but they've only themselves to blame. The standard of catching is an area that needs improving across the board in the women's game.

England Women saw out a 3-0 win in the T20 series in South Africa yesterday.
They now move on to an ODI series.

A resounding win for England as they start their campaign in the Women's Word Cup with a 10 wicket victory against South Africa who were bowled out for 69 in 20.4 overs. Sinalo Jafta was the only player to make double figures, with 22 Beaumont & Jones took just 14.1 overs to reach the target.

England were in a spot of trouble yesterday chasing a modest target of 179 after bowling Bangladesh out in the 50th over, they fell to 103-6 in the 23rd over, before Knight (79 no) & Dean (27 no) completed to win with 23 balls remaining.
