RE: Babestation Launches NFT - Tumble_Drier - 16-12-2022 20:54 ^What the actual fuck is that abomination? RE: Babestation Launches NFT - marlowe - 17-12-2022 14:24 It's basically one in a series of Trump images depicting him as a superhero, a racing driver, a wrestler, an astronaut etc. It runs to 45,000 images in total and sold out on its launch day. Currently 26 people own 100 or more each. RE: Babestation Launches NFT - ryuken - 18-12-2022 22:28 Just had a look to see if BS have sold any of their 10,000 £299.90 ($364.43 USD) Complete Collection Boxes, and they haven't so far. What I did find interesting was that there is a countdown timer to buy them that expires in a month. And there is an expiration date on the £29.99 ($36.44 USD) NFTs that expires in just over two weeks. RE: Babestation Launches NFT - ShandyHand - 19-12-2022 01:13 ^ False scarcity marketing technique. Anything (non-auction) with a countdown clock that can be re-upped at the whim of the uploader - at any point if not sold - is utter bullshit. If something requires such a technique to sell it you should be asking yourself why? RE: Babestation Launches NFT - marlowe - 19-12-2022 12:11 To be fair though, this is exactly how NFTs are meant to be sold. There is meant to be a time limited sales period in which the tokens are available and providing a countdown clock is therefore the norm. At this point, the launch of the Babestation NFT is just following the normal procedure. What we really need to know is what happens at the end of the sales period, which is a point I've raised twice in this thread already. In my view those that aren't sold should be discarded and not minted, but this has never been explained so we will have to wait and see what happens. But as I say so far everything has been carried out in accordance with the usual procedure for launching an NFT. RE: Babestation Launches NFT - circles_o_o_o - 19-12-2022 23:21 Macy Kate polaroid #4 has an expiration date of 331 days. They are giving that one an extra good chance for whatever reason. RE: Babestation Launches NFT - Glenn Miller - 20-12-2022 01:46 The Trump NFT is turning out to be hilarious. It may have sold out, but even his fanboys like Bannon are calling it cringing. Plus the images the NFT is based on are apparently stolen and subject to potential copyright claims. The one with Trump as an astronaut was pilfered from NASA. RE: Babestation Launches NFT - way out west - 21-12-2022 02:18 Anyone who bought 45 NFTs gets to have dinner with Trump. Maybe Babestation should have tried something along those lines!
