I can't answer that question because the full details of the bids haven't been made public. We know that there were about 30 bidders originally which were whittled down to 9 serious contenders and then reduced again to 4. But without knowing every detail of those remaining 4 bids it's impossible to know for sure who the best owners would be.

No being British doen't matter. Roman Abramovich isn't British and he's been the best owner it's possible to be. A lot for me would depend on what the plans for the stadium are. Stamford Bridge needs knocking down and rebuilding. Are all the bidders willing to do that?

We're gradually getting there. The deadline for final offers was yesterday and the Ricketts consortium decided against filing a bid, meaning that the number of contenders is now down to 3.

The Broughton bid has many famous names wanting to invest in buying the club. Lord Sebastian Coe is one of these names.
Two others who are willing to invest £10 million each in buying Chelsea is Serena Williams and Lewis Hamilton.
