Why there were so few callers (3 in about 15 minutes) I couldn't tell. I decided to call myself with the lines seemingly dead. Unfortunately, the experience was absolutely awful.

The poor guy on the phone before me must have been infuriated at paying X amount of pounds a minute to be interrupted by Priya several times in the space of a few minutes. It was so, so rude. And unprofessional. She barely held a conversation, she would talk dirty and all of a sudden start messing around with the camera crew leaving him hanging, if I felt awkward, Im sure the guy on the phone sure did as she blatantly ignored him to talk to the others at the studio.

I'm all for people having fun at work but while someone is paying a premium rate to talk to what seems a very rude, and stuck up young lady, I think she was out of order and I would not advise calling her. She talks to the crew more than anyone on the channels but I always thought it was off call - but clearly not.

It seems Priya has become a little bit too comfortable in her work now if that's the service she strives to deliver .... however with 3 calls in 15 minutes, hopefully she will change.
