I haven't bothered with this from launch night and can get much harder GG stuff for free. The sexiest adult channels that Cellcast have are the existing ones, we just don't need this! this is why the channel isn't really aimed at you guys, a larger than you may think number of our callers do not even have the internet at home, some don't have the internet OR a mobile phone RE: Babestation XTREME discussion - aaron - 17-05-2010 11:50 (17-05-2010 11:00 )babestation Wrote: a larger than you may think number of our callers do not even have the internet at home 23.6% of people in this country do not have the internet at home. RE: Babestation XTREME discussion - Rogerbee - 17-05-2010 12:25 Not much really is it, they can't all be Babestation viewers either! I get what I need with what I have, and in that respect I'm happy. BS Xtreme has to be a month old now though, so it's not really a brand spanking new channel. I'm also sure that the people that wanted to know already do so the constant ads, some of which even cut off presenters telling you about it anyway, aren't needed as much now. I merely add my voice here when I feel the need to. we'll let you off, cause we still love your CHEERS! signature, especially now its bold RE: Babestation XTREME discussion - vila - 17-05-2010 16:32 I have to add my voice to the protest about the constant BSXtreme promos, especially when they blast out the girls trying to talk to us on the mic. Many of us like to hear what the girls have to say - it's one of the things which distinguish BS from most, if not all, of the other channels. Why wreck it in this way? It's disrespectful to the viewers and to the girls. And why is Sky exempt from this hooliganism? Many homes that have Sky also have Freeview, all homes which have acquired a new tv in the last few years almost certainly have, so they are also potential customers. Is it because you think Freeviewers are more easily conned? If we were to promote the service on Sky, with it not being available to the majority of people who see it, the customer service calls would become unmanageable on a nightly basis. While it's true that many Sky viewers don't have Freeview, how do you know it's the majority? Lots of homes have more than one tv and with the continuing progress of the digital switchover the second set in a Sky home is almost bound to Freeview-equipped, either built-in or from a digibox. Even your own presenters frequently say "If you're watching on Sky don't forget you can also see us on Freeview in your bedroom." Why do they say that if you believe very few Sky homes also have Freeview? Besides, it would be easy to ensure that all the ads made it plain that the service is only available on Freeview, thereby avoiding the majority of unnecessary customer service calls. None of which has anything to do with interrupting the girls when they're trying to talk to us. Stop it - it's bloody bad manners. Edit: Come to think of it, anyone who can contemplate paying £5 for one night's viewing must surely be able to afford £10 to get a Freeview box from Sainsbury's. Edit 2: It's just occurred to me that your own argument is destroyed every time Geri or one of the other girls does a spoken BSXtreme promo. Even if it's blasted off the air on Freeview it still goes out on Sky. So you aren't avoiding the advertising of BSXtreme on Sky at all - you're just not persecuting Sky viewers with those constant smack-it-in-your-face ads that go out on Freeview. |
