In hindsight you could speculate that they treated us to the three good shows with Vicky, because they knew that after that we get this garbage...
I always wrote that I would like them to cast newbies for the show only and not pornstars or webcamgirls who see BS24 as a promotion platform. Well, it seems I was wrong... I take a Babe who is confident right from the start over this in a heartbeat. They won't save the channel with this.

I did write a while back that you cant just pick up any civilian female or newbie and throw her in the deep end and expect her to act and perform like a model or porn star because this is what can happen.
This is supposed to be an erotic channel with semi experienced if not professional perfomers and were being subjected to girls who are so far from the industry and not know how to perform that they shouldn't be even near a TV or camera.
All this is because they cant seem to keep girls on the rosta for whatever reason and desperation is showing badly at this point. I am not blaming the girl whatsoever, as previously said its their hiring process that''s the issue for lack of choice
Oh, on a side note, I did call the fact Bunny would be a no-show yet again. That's 3 shows in a row she's cancelled now, FIRED!!

You know what needs to happen? A complete refresh! Move with the times , your old tried and tested method you've stuck with since 2011 isnt working anymore, so out with the old, in with the new and offer incentives or better pay and ditch the old guard of girls who probably command more money.
Mia, Cleo, Lilly, Vicky, Dani, Lydia, even Tyra & Venom all need to stay.. If you want a soft show once in a while, call in the new softer ones to change it up or pair them up.
Charlene, Amanda, Edita, Lillian, Sydney, Christy out they go... Sorry ladies, you've had your time. Hang up the G-String!
Allow them more freedom to perform, im not saying as far as vicky went 3 weeks ago, just not sitting there waggling a phone staying dressed all evening looking bored to hell or unsure what they can do. AND STOP HIRING OR KEEPING GIRLS WHO CANT DO THE JOB OR TURN UP FOR A SHIFT!
You could even swap out the standard show, on nights where they would have been no show, get a babe at home to do a ruder show and make it online stream only(make more money with high call rates) , leave the sateliite feed on 'sexy clips', or swap and change which nights are available on satellite seeing as you borked the resolution anyway!
I feel like they need some 3rd party consultant to come in and help them move the channel forward, because right now its in a right state! They currently only have ONE other girl other than Charlene who does home shows 'Lilly', so get her on the the whole night on those evenings, not a stupid one hour tit show! Do or try something at least, cos this is unbareable
Theres plenty they could try to stop the rot. they still have enough new girls, but seems they are stagnent and unwilling to diversify right now. Its a shame, i WANT the channel to succeed
We have no idea what's going on behind the scenes, but girls seem either unable or unwilling to commit to their shifts and channel right now, far too many no shows and cancellations. Summat is going on we just dont know what!

^^ On paper, the 'web only' suggestion seems to be a good one.
But they have gone down that route before and ask yourself why it was not continued. And this was when they had a much healthier rota of models. And then, more recently, they tried it again yet it lasted just 2 saturdays.
UK BS (there must be some connection to use the same name) does that. But the focus is on tip goals, private shows and other paid-for viewing. The net result is that the free-viewer gets to see even less than what is on BS24 right now.

I understand your point yes, Im not sure BS24 has the infrastructure to even compete with that honesty, especially for a live girl to swap to an encrypted private show on the fly and back AND have the tip system in place. Hell they can barely keep the online stream working direct from the studio at times, but you could be right in your calculations as to why the scrapped the idea.
Leaving that aside, something needs to give because looking at the updated schedule after midnight once again we have yet another 5 days (Sat/Sun/Mon/Tues/Wed) of nothing coming.
