Looks like Maresca is going to be the new manager, Chelsea will hope he will be as successfull as the other former assistant to Pep working in the PL
But its not just about the manager its the structure around him, the triangle of Arteta, Edu & Venkatesham really works for us, the recruitment has been largely on point and through the Amazon documentary Josh Kroenke came through really well.
I know there is a lot of chopping and changing of managers under Boehly but in the Abramovich era that happend quite a bit as well and was still able to deliver numerous league titles and two champs leagues
You get talk around Liverpool about how important Michael Edwards was to the Klopp era & how detrimental Ed Woodward and Murtough were at United, from the outside looking in it feels like the person Chelsea are really missing right now is Marina Granovskaia

The appointment of Maresca is finally announced and it's a 5 year contract. Now Pochettino didn't have a bad season did he? 6th in the league with a cup final and a semi-final too. It looks like nothing less than top 4 next season is going to be seen as a success.

They won the Europa Conference League 4-1 against Real Betis, but the season has gone so long nobody much seems to care.
