Why can't she? It's not a case of can't, it's just that PBCH chooses, for whatever reason, to keep showing a small number of 'select' babes, who make up the lion's share of the channel’s output
A bizarre decision, given that they only have 1 channel on FV, but it's been like that since launch, and despite numerous complaints, it seems that all we are allowed is the occasional show from Kandi, Ella... (not to mention various other babes who have never appeared on PBCH). 
JJ has been on approx. a million times, now (give or take
)! FV didn't get to see 'college girl' kandi last time, either.
So, yes, it's not fair.

Are you serious?? There is no outfit in the known universe that could ever look bland as long as Kandi has it on (or takes it off). This vision of perfection could drape herself in a pair of tatty old curtains and make them look sexy!!!
