Wonder how many fines this channel can absorb before it goes under because unless they sort themselves out this channel is soon gonna be getting its first one.
Having a girl onscreen and and then having the scrolling text implying that you can talk to or listen in to her chatting even though its a video loop is a big no no.
Ofcom have stamped down on this very hard in the past.
