Russian heavy metal bands seem to go in for naked dancing girls. This band has two, which doesnt seem to phase the female singer. Seems to be a case of opium for the masses, just as long as they dont mention politics or religion.

Stranglers Concert
Not sure if this counts. Its not Art in the usual sense, but its a genuine musical event, an open air concert in front of an audience of several thousand where several young ladies from the local WI take a break from making the tea to remove their suspenders.
