How stupid are the people running this company?? You get your license revoked, get new 'rules' imposed on every other channel because of your stupidity and now they just carry on where they left off. Are they trying to put themselves out of business

No, they just won't be bullied by Ofcom and I applaud their every action. I reckon they should start using dildos at 21:01
The way I see it under Ofcom's regulations we (the viewers) have nothing to lose anyway, so I welcome this definace.

Bullied? Really? They've caused their own problems and now because of them, every channel including US are having to deal with the fall out.

I'm happy enough to wait until 11pm before the knickers come off as until Ofcom are disbanded I don't want to see any more channels getting in the shit whilst the rules are currently in place as mad as it may seem. So long as every channel obeys this new rule then if Ofcom do try to fuck any of them over at least they have a case to defend. This new rule has however means the shows being seriously tame before 11 but it could have been a hell of lot worse if Ofcom had completely banned full nudity outright so for the time being the channels just have to accept this new ruling.
