I can't remember Jamie hiring a totally untried babe before for a nightshow.
He's previously hired established girls from other shows or he brings them on during the daytime.
In Jessica he has brought in totally raw talent.
She lacks moves, and telephone experience and still looks nervous as f...k.
But what he does have is a young top beauty who after training and experience can become a babeshows regular.
