They wanted the customs technology so they could offer custom videos on their own site in addition to the standard videos they have always sold there. It doesn't seem to have lasted though, because the Clips4Sale site doesn't seem to be offering customs anymore. Maybe there was a problem with it or maybe it just wasn't successful or maybe custom videos are still available there somewhere and I just can't see it.

No it doesn't, there's no facility for ordering customs there. If you want a custom clip you need to email the seller and organise it that way.
So it appears that Customs4U met an ignominious end. The technology couldn't have worked out as Clips4sale intended and was ditched.
