Liverpool are close to signing full back Alberto Moreno. Arsenal are ready to move for Christian Benteke from Aston Villa. Several clubs are interested in Jonathan Walters who is surplus to requirements at Stoke. QPR want Peter Crouch - if it goes through how many times will Redknapp have signed him?

former hearts and sunderland (and britains most expensive) keeper craig gordon is close to signing for celtic after having a medical in glasgow. would be a great replacement for big fraser forster if he moves to the english prem after the world cup.

Fabianski has been released by Arsenal and has gone to Swansea. Eto'o and Cole are both confirmed as departing Chelsea while United have released Macheda and Jack Barmby. Several more to follow suit in the coming week or two Smile

Brad Friedel aged 43 has signed a 1 yr deal with Tottenham that could see him becoming the oldest player to appear in the Premier League. John Burridge was 43 years and 162 days old when he played for Man City against QPR in 1995.
