I actually think that a tied result this round will probably be best settled by some kind of vote off how i'm not sure but when voting closes if there is a tie, I will introduce on Tuesday to Wednesday a 24hr vote and contestant with most votes wins to progress and see how that works but the way the scores are looking some won't need that position but one or two might Thursday is the day of quarter finals

You will be ok if one babe received more nominations than their opponent in the nomination phase.
The one with more nominations could progress.
To clarify I was referring to a situation in this particular round where the match is tied and the two contestants have an equal number of nominations also.

I thought it was Monday voting closed for this round but it is actually Sunday but I will allow votes tomorrow up to 8pm and will post final scores on Monday at 8;30

Dont understand how people are quantifying 'legend' here? Legend usually means that you did something outstanding consistently over a period of time or one massive game changing thing. Now for sure that could be that some people think that a girls performance was outstanding over a period of time. But there is only one true legend in the list supplied who did outstanding things and massive game changers.
She pushed the daytime rules teasing the hell out of the whole world with her 'accidental' flashes and not wearing any knickers!
She finally went to do nights..
She was the first girl to use her fingers in her mouth to get round the rules of simulation when doing pov.
She persuaded her channel at the time to create the first ever proper 'domination night' show and fronted the show.
She was the one who pushed the ofcom boundaries when they first started to get strict and delivered show after show on the boundary of bending the rules to such an extent (its not true of course they could not pay their tax bill was real reason) that legend has it she got a channel closed down.
She was asked to front and be the 'face' of a whole new channel- Playboy Tv
She was the girl who set the trend for innovating with props and furniture on set- remember who did the 'legendary' shows behind the half open door as if someone else was there! This was her idea.
She was consistently chased by Basestation to join them and eventually did injecting new life and influencing new sets.
Her performances are consistent and lively even at 4am when a majority of the girls are having a kip live on tv to be honest.
This is legend, this is DANNII HARWOOD
i would love to hear from other people as to why their number one choice is a legend as i dont know all the babes histories
