I have the misfortune of living in what they now call a "multi-cultural" area.... So trust me when I say only two weeks of the damn things would be a blessing.... More like three to four here; counting all the Asian festivals that coincide this time of year, & the local yoofs, who choose to just let them off any time for shits n giggles.... annoyedannoyed
