The Cowboy's didn't help themselves with all the penalties they conceeded.

The main job for the 49ers is to get their injured players fit for the next match.

^^ Playoffs are often about the team that makes the least mistakes, it sounds obvious, but when it's sudden-death nerves play a bigger part than in the regular season, when there's always another week. Penalties are bad, pre-snap penalties ae inexcusable.
The Niners did their best to lose this game after being in control, I doubt that the Packers will make anything like the number of unforced errors that the Cowboys did.
It all added up to a classic game, Jimmy G has to win the Super Bowl, in order to have a future as a 49er next season, in many ways, it takes pressure of him, he almost has nothing to lose.

I managed to stay up late enough to see Kansas City beat Pittsburgh aswell - an emotionally charged match which saw veteran Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger play his final match after 17 years with them! Amazing career. Surprised

Jimmy G, Bosa, & Warner all declared fit to play in tonight's late game (01.15 GMT). What is certain is that it will be cold at Lambeau Field. Packers are 0-3 against the Niners in the Playoffs. The Packers are the No.1 ranked NFC team & are 4-5 points favourites.

My head says the Packers will win, but I'd love to see the 49ers do it. I like the look of those stats in SF's favour, quite surprised about that record actually. Surprised

Cincinnati Bengals at Tennessee Titans is the first game starting soon.

Burrows and Chase are going to give the Titans hell! But I think Titans win with Henry feasting late

A QB who likes getting sacked will always beat a QB who likes getting picked lol. Bengals proceed

GB 10 - SF 13
I figured that the Niners would need to step it up, after last week to beat a strong Packers team. Well at least the offence played well for the 1st half against the Cowboys. Jimmy G was very lucky to throw just the one interception, he makes some bad choices at crucial times. Both QB's were sacked countless times, with 2 very strong deffences, I thought that the team with the star QB would win, but the big point of difference was who had the best Special Teams.
The 49ers have dodged another bullet & progress to the NFC Championship game next week, to face either the Rams or Bucs, on the road again.

The Bengal's are a great attacking team, but it may be a year too soon for them. But with Burrows and Chase they have a Superbowl team in a future year.

And the 49er's. They have some excellent players but are a team still in transit.

So I still see this years winner coming from the Chiefs v Bills match
