One of the few people who has actually defended her is....Victoria Pendleton, which says a lot about Quick Vic imho.

GB really under the cosh with just under a minute to go. Keeper just made a great save.
PHEW!!! Skin of the teeth job!! Finished 1-1 wih furious Spaniards surrounding the umpires. Semi-finals now are:
Women (tomorrow)
GB v Argentina
Netherlands v New Zealand
Men (Thursday)
GB v Netherlands
Australia v Germany

laura trott the new female face of track cycling also she is a sprinter by trade not an endurance rider which is needed for the omnium.
