Being witness to one of the greatest England test match victories of all time on a flat wicket in the sub continent has been a rare privilege. Absolutely magnificent. Of course this won't happen, Harry & the boys are going all the way. FOOTBALL'S COMING HOME. It was wonderful to see her & have proper time together with her as well as seeing her watch her dad (my youngest brother) perform in pantomime In Liverpool saying "Dada" & pointing everytime my brother was on stage. Plus it was special to be there as part of a family outing of both sides of my brother & his partner's family all together for the very 1st time watching the pantomime in 6 yrs of him doing pantomime in Liverpool which has never happened as my youngest brother's fiancee family are from Bristol Then right at the end, my niece Arabella looked at me and for the very 1st time said my name (obviously not Rammyrascal) I struggled to keep it together (in a good way) RE: The "happy" Thread AKA "not the "pissed off thread" - Tractor boy - 18-12-2022 20:46 Sitting in the warm, watching the snooker while enjoying a lovely single malt.
