They aren't absolutely fake.
Charmaine
disappeared from social media at the end of 2018 and then announced on twitter around February 2019 that she'd unfortunately found a lump, had surgery and hoped to be back soon.She reappeared in April last year.
She's had the full anchor shaped surgery and if you find some old pictures you can compare.
I think that those areola are tattoos and presumably the nipples have been created. The surgeons work is superb, natural in appearance as you say. No pressure on him, it's only Charmaine Sinclair
off the telly!I must be honest that I'm uncomfortable looking at them now as beforehand they were some of the nicest tits I've ever seen.
However I admire Charmaine
a lot. She is a real survivor isn't she, it must've been horrible and she appears to have bounced back from this like I've seen her do from other things.I can't help thinking she's wasted doing this, in a parallel universe she'd be hosting The One Show but unfortunately people do judge.

I was hoping to record more of her show, but everytime I stared recording she left to go into a private session with someone. So in the end I decided to give up, which was a pity as she looked stunning.
