)But seriously, I had thought that myself in her last couple of BB performances. If you look at the early photos of Adele from her Pad days it's clear (tread carefully, williams!) that she's filled out a bit in the past couple of years.
She's very fit, though - almost three hours without a break!

I dont think she has had a boob job but they are more full and her nipples are more swollen too and are very pimply. But girls boobs do swell a lot, especially at a certain time of the month.
