Ofcom are indeed investigating S66 and now we know why - the knicker-flashing day girls. I must admit I did wonder how long S66 could get away with it, much as I loved to watch Lucy-Anne with her skirt up around her waist at three in the afternoon!
It was certainly not compliant and S66 would have known this. I can only assume they've been grassed up by a rival.

According to Ofcom the current investigation concerns something broadcast at various dates on Studio 66 TV 1 (Sky Ch 912), Ofcom don't say if it's day or night shows they are investigating or what they are investigating, so it could be anything, it could be the day shows or it could be the night shows, ie promoting R18 mobile phone pic/vid downloads like they have done in the past that Ofcom found out about themselves and not through a complaint, or topless pics of girls being advertised on screen before 10pm like they have been found in breach for in the past .
If the investigation concerns the day shows then i'd have thought that TVX/Red Hot would be under investigation as well because at various times of the day the same STD 66 programs are broadcast on 3 separate Sky TV channels licensed and owned by Northern & Shell/TVX, these are "Dirty Talk" Sky channel 935, "Fantasy" Sky channel 936 and "Flirt TV" Sky channel 942 .
I believe in the past when 2 separate licencee's broadcast the same program both are investigated, i think this was the case with psychic TV when the Licencee of the Sky channel was found in breach as well as the licencee of the freeview channel (Square 1 Management limited), unless of cause what was broadcast by STD 66 was broadcast at a time of the day when STD 66 programs are not being broadcast on either of the 3 TVX licensed channels, or Ofcom haven't realised that what was broadcast by STD 66 was also being broadcast on TVX/Northern & Shell licensed channels .
Maybe TVX/Northern & Shell the company in charge of content broadcast by STD 66 on the TVX licensed channels at various times of the day is clamping down on content broadcast by STD 66 and are asking them to be more compliant, or are Ofcom still routinely monitoring the STD 66 shows resulting in more compliant shows ? .

I can't believe members of the public are that sad as to be offended by what is shown on the Babe channels daytime shows. They can't get any tamer.
If you don't like it use the remote and change the channel. Who the fuck would actually bother to phone and complain.
I suspect it is other channels grassing on each other.
If so this is complete stupidity. OK they might get a direct rival to lose profits short term. However long term it is counter-productive. The shows get tamer, less people watch, less people call and so profits for all channels go down.
Fuckin stop shooting yourselfs in the foot Babechannels and stop worrying what each other are doing and get back to producing some entertaing shows.
Oh and offcom, just fuck off. No one needs you nannying us. You're just a drain on our taxes. Go spend the money on something useful, like helping them people affected by the floods!

I'm sad to say i have stopped watching S66 in the last 2 weeks. Something i never thought would happen. I have thought it has been the best of the channels for a while now.
It's recent output has been shockingly bad.
Sometimes i'll watch RLC, ( i gave up on babestation a while a go ) or i find i'll watch the shopping channel or the news. More chance of seeing up-skirts or more cleavage there than the babeshows daytime!
