Could be that, but it's not really rocket science.
I'd guess the schedule info is held in a database. All they need is for one of their web team to throw together a page to access and update that information easily, so anyone in the office can do it without needing any special skills or knowledge, just pull up a certain day, modify the details, save, job done.

All change tonight, Fernanda is still on (in pvc!) after a 9-10 stint, Paige and Adele are on but no sign of Lori yet (and Sophia still off).

Gemma Hiles has been added to tonight's Schedule to do a Tease Hour so tonight is now Gemma Hiles(9-10),Charlie O'Neal,Kelly Bell,Mica Martinez,Rachel Louise
Edit - While the Schedule says she is on till 10 her twitter says she is only on till 9

Alice has been removed from tonight's schedule an Ashley Emma added so tonight is now Ashley,Caty,Charlie,Lori
