Seriously! suddenly Charlene webcam quality is fixed just like that, but Divina's still looks like garbage. Honestly they need to fix this urgently or its going to look pretty bad and you know what I mean annoyed

But TBH what can they 'fix' ?. They can only proccess what they receive. So let's assume that Divina's raw steam is borked ie. at a lower resolution than what it can be. Upscale that to what the web feed expects and one sees the result.

OTOH The tv stream, with my poor eyes, looks acceptable. But then my picture is upscaled beyond the 480*576 (if that is still what is broadcast)

I'm not sure that this is divinas stream, for me it looks like a cropped picture which is upscaled. U won't see the hole picture of the stream, so they don't use the native, they adjusted it to much, what resulted the worse picture

No im sorry but I have to respond to that. Stop making excuses for them. Divina started the show tonight with perfect quality, when she came back from her break (within 15 minutes) the quality was totally borked and has been ever since. Charlene start at 10pm and both their feeds were simply horrible quality suggesting the studio was the one having issues so I didnt think to much to it. HOWEVER....

An hour later Charlene quality returns to normal but Divina's has not now suggesting its her upload when ive witnessed several of her webcam shows this week and her quality earlier on and always crytstal clear. No way as a webcam girl she would put out that quality its just not financially viable for her

Now suddenly what? Your suggesting Dvinia's ISP is what? throttling her bandwidth or speed at this time of night? it makes no other sense that wat it appears to be.

Ive said it before and ive witnessed it before from them, it just appears is though her stream is being re-coded before its sent out to us.

Davina showed a little too too much on her early show and then this happens. Read between the lines exactly the same used to happen with Lilly on occasions she went too far.

I cannot and will not accept this is by accident. the raw stream is being sabotaged again! Strange how it only EVER happens to girls who are willing to show a little more or too much so this is their solution

It isnt rocket science:
RAW Stream in/recieved, then screen/window captured and recoded with low bitrate, Stream then uploaded to broadcast., i could do it in five minutes myself given a stream to send out onto a server for broadcast. As a capture and recode, it can adjusted on the fly which is why you saw it improve with a flick of a switch on Tuesday night when Davini started

Let me put this a simpler way as someone who streams and films video content for a living.

Davina will have her stream software set with whatever settings she usually uses for her 'webcam shows' right? Noone adjusts or changes their settings with whatever software unless they have a serious issue, even whent altering the server your sending it to unless required and that would reman set for the stream so.. She goes Live to send her stream to the studio for the night all is well, Crystal clear.

Then suddenly after an hour the quality drops dramatically (what we see that is) now is that legit? What is happening to her stream, NO because if its really was a bandwidth/upload issue for her she would have MASSIVE frame drops and warnings going off with an encoder overload due to limited upload speed and would have to stop the stream due to instability, but even at that critical point, the QUALITY originally set would remain it would just be a slideshow! (multiple dropped frames due to lack on bandwidth)

Earlier both cams were bad quality so it shows that BS24 were indeed probably having issues on bandwidth so they intervened and dropped the quality to cope, BUT one stream gets fixed but the other doesnt? Shows they can chose to drop the quality as to what is sent out to us when technical issues or simply passthrough when there are no issues

So again I ask you.. who is the one changing settings here hmm? Its logical that her end isnt the one having problems or altering the quality. Also explains how we've seen quality change on the fly and go back to normal when there is third party involvement such as how home shows are broadcast to us the viewer from BS24's studio.

Unless BS24 admin can come in here and explain how I am wrong with my theory, (not that they will) thats what I believe is happening here its the only logic that fits the event

See how the stream completely stabilizes when there is NO movement, then goes blurred and blocky when she moves. That is altered lower bitrate from the RAW stream. Someone give me a different explanation? Or you telling me Davina stopped her stream early in the night on her break and purposely dropped the outgoing bitrate drastically for it to appear this bad? Anyway Im done, the night is a bust they've manage to wreck it!

So Half an hour after Divina finished her show on BS24 and oh look her perfectly good quality webcam in 1080p with no bitrate or blocky issues.

Now tell me im wrong with what they did to her stream tonight! Blatant tampering. The bullshit this channel keeps pulling is beyond disgraceful and has to stop! YES I'm bloody angry!

Now, you ask yourself why her stream was like this tonight while Charlene's was resolved rapidly for the entire evening. No its not a personal attack on you Charlene so don't go on the offensive, Im' blaming what appears to be going on at the studio and the producers decision making process to appease certain performers whilst curtailing others shows.

Why hire a new girl and sabotage her in the first week? WAKE UP PEOPLE! Pretty clear favouritism to me. Why? Decide for yourselves I'm sick of tip toeing around it

I opened a dialogue with Lilly when they kept doing this to her streams way back, if this shit continues I may have to try and contact Davina also, because I doubt she was aware of tonights shenannigans cos who watches their own stream back! Id certainly want to know if they have butchered my stream like that when new girls especially VIPS are here to gain exposure.

For those who were not watching this was the excellent quality of Divinas stream on the channel up until 22:00
