Have to agree,as much as i like Mica,seems to spend most of her time entertaing the crew.

I Love Mica to bits but worry about her call stats. I heard Hannah & Cali were let go for not getting the calls in but both girls always seemed busier than Mica is!

If that is true aston then I too worry about Mica's future at Elite. Having just gotten around to watching a couple of Mica's sessions from Thursday night I'd have to admit she wasn't exactly mega busy on the phones.

I feel the same way about Mica as you do in that I favour her more that my other three favourite Elite babes and hope that her lack of shifts at Elite at the moment is down to her being extremely busy with other work rather than Elite reducing them due to a lack of calls.

Mica would benefit from a period on the Day Show where she has to talk at length to callers, and can't just rely on moody stares to camera, and wiggling her bum. Sorry - not good enough.
I've spoken to her on the phone, and like others, I've found her to be very limited in conversation, expecting the customer to do all the talking. That's why you don't see her take many calls nor hold on to callers for more than 1 minute or so - which isn't great news for the channel.

not if they dint wanna pass any on. caty did liven her up a little then it all went off the boil. i dunno what happend but its pretty obvious to me they aint working as closely as they were. experience may be the wrong word. more like enthusiasm or how to fake it laugh.

i realise that chris, and thats the point. you need to have more than 1 persona on these channels.
