i agree but your point was lori could help mica out, and i just dont see how. mica except her time off the phones , is doing perfectly fine.

I think if Mica needs any improvement, its in utilising her time when she's not on a call.
She cant control how many people call in however she can have an impact on call volumes
by the way she behaves when the phones are quiet.
Maybe some more mic time is in order, try and drum up a few calls that way (obviously she doesnt need to be to explicit especially with the ofcom complaint looming)
or maybe stay in character so to speak rather than just lying there talking to the crew. (I also think they should take some responsibility for that aswell)
I agree with Chris in that i don't see how Lori could help Mica in the slightest, i think she has to do this herself!!!

I don't see how anyone can help her, she has had plenty of opportunities to improve her call rate.
I have never spoken to her because she always appears rather downcast when i tune in and does not entice me to phone. Obviously others have indicated she is not forthcoming on the phones and expects the caller to lead. This is OK on some occasions but there has to be interplay to keep the caller interested.
IMO she needs to improve to stay with Elite.

I think all the girls from time to time find it helpful to have a experienced girl that is still doing the phones as well as helping out behind the scenes to give them some guidance and helpful tips concerning keeping callers on the phones not just Mica , i remember Camilla from BS not so long ago saying on the mic that Tara Lee had helped her out immensely over the years regarding her phone technique as well as other BS girls , Tara also helped out at Bangmedia with the guidance of their girls call techniques for a time , there is just one girl at Elite that has the credentials of having many years experience on the phones as well as being one of the best performers there is on any channels and that is Delta , cant' think of any one better , i hope Mica does stay on at Elite she just needs a bit of tutoring from the likes of Delta , i quite like the sultry look it makes a change from the other giggly school girl types that they have .

I don't mind the sultry look, I agree variation is required but it appears she does not look interested at times.
It is a great shame as I am not one for putting the girls down, so perhaps she can be helped by some of the other girls but should management also be encouraging her, because it is in their interest to up the call ratio.
The success of any company is teamwork and communication so perhaps Jamie can take our comments on board

Pretty much agree with your assessment of Mica’s current predicament there aston.
Not sure if a prolonged period on the mic is a good idea at the moment though as Mica at times can be a bit of a loose cannon when speaking and the odd ‘inappropriate’ word accidently slips out and given the current scrutiny of Elite then that might not be the best thing.
My advice to Mica in the short term is that she should get her perfectly formed ass back on the weekend shows so Caty can help to ‘renew’ her enthusiasm for the job.
