I think all insurance companies owe the people of Liverpool a big apology. A number of years ago they stated that the city was the worst in the UK for people fraudulently making false claims stemming from accidents involving uneven pavements. Arsene is living proof that they are indeed uneven

To which I sense she would be much happier if we all said "So what?".
