Reboot your sky box, this happens to me every now and then, bloody pain in the arse esp when youve set it to not restrict anything! I phoned em up saying hey, theres no kids in my house and i live alone, i should be able to abolish the pin altogether(even for watching watershed movies in the afternoon) but they cant do it!
