Always happens! Helps if you turn the keyboard upside down for a couples of hours I find it does usually help

if its a quality keyboard then its not realy a problem if you unpluged it quick enough. just fill up the bath and put the keyboard in. give it a good wash with detergent and let it stand for a week to dry.(3 days if you can take it apart). while your waiting get a cheap 5 pound 1
if its a lappy then realy it needs a pro to clean it.
the reason i say leave it to dry for a week is that water will get under the chips and you cant dry that up even with a hairdryer...

Just let it dry out fella, you should be fine then! At least it wasn't coke. That could have caused you quite a few problems.

Sorry to disappoint guys Blush

In a perfect world and if it was distilled water then drying out has a good chance of working. The more impurities in the water however then the less likely just drying out will fix it.

Try it and see by all means but don't be disappointed if it still doesn't work
