In answers, thus far: The girl's name (or perhaps just what She is called there) is Sheera,

It is indeed her first show, and She has been on since 0530 GMT the start of the Breakfast Club

For those who might be interested:
she(e)-ra\ is a variant of Shera which is derived from Aramaic
The meaning of Sheera is "brightness".
