That was probably the scariest moment of my life. I honestly thought it was gone forever. I just laid there on my bad, close to tears, and thinking "That's it, I only have one ball, it's gone and there's no getting it back". Then, miraculously, it popped back down into my sack, and I was completely filled with joy. I wanted to tell people about it I was so happy, but I didn't because it would have been weird.

By "Once", I assume you mean "This one time" ... because a man that can wank one of his balls away has surely had more than the single onanistic occasion in his life.
Although, the true sadness of this story lies in 'Bert' contemplating a future without 'Ernie'.

It's only ever happened once, and my God was is scary. Can you imagine? my left bollock was just gone, it was such a strange and depressing feeling. If it never came back down into my sack I would have probably killed myself.
